Erie MetroParks offers a wide variety of programs for all ages.
Erie MetroParks offers many program and events throughout the year. In spring, our naturalists present the “How Do You Know Its Spring?” program in numerous local schools. Summer offers Nature Camps as well as our Friends of Erie MetroParks (FEMP) PEP ride for cyclists. In the fall, thousands of visitor’s participate in our annual Harvest Happenings festival. During the winter months, our Programs’ staff offers special Challenge Hikes for those still wanting to explore the outdoors.
Speakers and naturalists are available for your club or group in an Erie MetroParks facility or offsite. To schedule a speaker or naturalist, call Programs at 419.625.7783 ext. 223.
Although many of our programs are FREE, early registration is encouraged!
This allows us to:
- Notify you of changes in time and location, if necessary.
- Give you the opportunity to transfer if the class is full.
- Properly prepare you for your participation in the program.
To register for a program, contact Erie MetroParks Reservation Department at 419.625.7783 ext. 221 or register online.
Please note: Low registration could result in the cancellation of a program.
