Biology and chemistry are two branches of science we will dive into today. We will experiment and learn all about amazing animal adaptions that help them survive in the wild. You’ll also get to know our education animals today and make a craft! Ages 6-12. No flip flops. Please bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.

Technology- BioBlitz!

Tuesday, July 23rd | 9:00AM – 3:00PM
Ages 6-12

Technology is an important tool to help biologists understand different trends in the natural world. Let’s be citizen scientists for the day! We will record as many species of plants and animals as we can using technology. Ages 6-12. No flip flops. Please bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.

Eco Engineers!

Wednesday, July 24th | 9:00AM – 3:00PM
Ages 6-12

There are many kinds of engineers that help solve environmental issues. Today everyone will practice being engineers that need to solve problems by exploring, studying, and building structures. We will have puzzles, games, crafts, and activities to challenge our eco engineer brains! Ages 6-12. No flip flops. Please bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.

Math- How Old is That Tree?

Thursday, July 25th | 9:00AM – 3:00PM
Ages 6-12

Let’s learn how to age a tree by measuring certain parts of a tree. You will be amazed at how old some of the trees are at Osborn MetroPark. Who can find the oldest one? Who can find the youngest one? Ages 6-12. No flip flops. Please bring a water bottle. Lunch will be provided.
