Join Jennifer Hartman, POUND instructor, in this workout that is sure to get you toned up and rockin’ out! Lightly weighted drumsticks will be provided so you don’t just listen to the music, but become it! Please bring a yoga mat. Class size is limited to the first 25 participants.
