Osborn MetroPark

Once the site of the Osborn Prison Honor Farm, this 172 acre park offers a diverse wildlife habitat in an urban surrounding. Amenities include shelters and rooms to reserve, 2 playgrounds, tennis & pickleball courts, and more. This is the most popular park within the park system featuring soccer fields, hiking trails, the Children’s Forest, The Barnyard & Erie MetroBark Park, an off-leash dog park, near the Maple Grove Center on Hull Road, and the all new Discovery Trail! Osborn MetroPark is also home to a 9-hole disc golf course, located in the northern meadows of the park.

Facility reservations, in-person programming, and indoor facilities, except for restrooms, will remain suspended/closed through the month of August. Erie MetroParks asks that restroom use be limited to emergencies only. All Erie MetroParks' properties remain open to the public. Park guests are asked to observe proper social distancing at all times.
