SPECIAL PERMITS

Planning a special event or activity in the parks? Many events may involve large groups of people and require additional park resources, including maintenance and security.

Regardless of event size, telling us what you plan to do in the parks helps YOU. We can advise permit holders of closures, scheduled maintenance and other potential conflicts, so there are fewer surprises. In addition, if liability insurance is required, it will protect the parties holding the permit as well as Erie MetroParks.

Note: Applicants may not publicize an event prior to receiving an approved permit. Permit may take up to 30 days for approval.
