Stick to the Forest!

Monday, July 8th | 9:00AM – 3:00PM
Ages 6-12

The forest is a place of diverse wildlife! Huge trees, the understory, and the forest floor provide homes to countless birds, mammals, and insects. We will learn how to identify certain forest species, hike through the woods, and set our own camera traps! Ages 6-12. No flip flops. Please bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.

Wonderful Wetlands!

Tuesday, July 9th | 9:00AM – 3:00PM
Ages 6-12

Wetlands are a wonderful place to discover! We will walk to a wetland and learn about why they are important to the environment. Ages 6-12. No flip flops. Please bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.

Micro Habitats!

Wednesday, July 10th | 9:00AM – 3:00PM
Ages 6-12

Every creature relies on a habitat, even the small habitats! Let’s flip rocks and look under logs to discover what creatures we can find. Ages 6-12. No flip flops. Please bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.

Prairie’s Promise!

Thursday, July 11th | 9:00AM – 3:00PM
Ages 6-12

Picturesque prairies present precious promises, and that’s exactly what you can expect in the grasslands of Osborn MetroPark. We will catch pollinators, search for nesting birds, and enjoy the colors of prairies. Please bring a water bottle. Lunch will be provided.
